Shipping Costs

• South African Deliveries: A flat rate of R150 applies for direct delivery to your door.
• Free Delivery: Orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery.
• If your order exceeds the capacity of the courier's standard sleeve, Monarch Atelier will cover any additional costs to ensure your order is fulfilled.

Delayed Deliveries

• If your order has not been delivered 14 working days after payment, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email within 48 business hours containing a shipment tracking link. This will allow you to:
